Propeller
Shrouded, toroidal, and serrated propeller designs on the FEM aeroacoustic source model — panel loading, spectra, thrust/torque curves, and a conventional-vs-toroidal comparison at a pinned two-blade 3 N operating point.
Calibration notes and matched-thrust caveats are documented per design: every comparison pins the solver configuration so the delta between baseline and candidate is a design delta, not a settings delta.
Interactive 3D — not a film
The Propeller Lab orbits baseline and candidate blades in 3D: compare them with the same camera controls and click to inspect panels. Drive it yourself: drag to orbit, Shift+drag / middle-drag / right-drag to pan, scroll to zoom, double-click to fit, click the surface to inspect a cell — then use Fullscreen 3D in the demo to fill the screen. Flat sheets stay in the undistorted 2D view; volumetric results open in the orbitable 3D scene. Requires WebGPU over HTTPS or localhost.

Panel-geometry surrogate: loading maps, spectra, thrust/torque curves, and the conventional-vs-toroidal comparison. Rendered fields are scalar presentation data — see the manifest conventions. Source data: spectrum data · loading data · execution evidence · manifest
